As a proud Aussie I always love Tommy's playing and his flambouyant riffs which are his trademark. His brother Phil can make his axe sing too and well worth a listen. Chet Atkins must look down from his musicians paradise in the sky and smile as his influence radiates from Tommy's work. Certified Guitar Player ? ...... definately.

Tommy is indeed a master & this piece is just one of many of his wonderful work. I have had the priviledge to watch Tommy live, just him & his guitar on stage, & my head still spins at his technique and ability. He even plays brushes on the soundboard (hence the lack of finish!) 'Up from Down under' is an amazing acoustic album if anybody wants to hear more of him or youtube of course! Thanks Dirk for posting this.

This is amazing. V. Beautiful. Eric Roche played a great version of Chet Atkins arrangement of this song from the Album 'Chet Atkins Goes to The Movies' (1975). I have been learning it from a great colomn in a mag by Eric Roche.
