This video is oddly impressive and creepy all at the same time.
Impressive stuff. Bit of a forced childhood perhaps, but no less creepy than our western child beauty pageants and drama school kids on the Disney channel.
They do have talent. I heard that it is borne from hard work and taught at an early age.
